Hazrat Musa Ki Shan o Azmat

Book Name:Hazrat Musa Ki Shan o Azmat

Through this blessed stone, two of his miracles were manifested, both of which are mentioned in the holy Quran. One of the amazing miracles of this stone was the fact it once ran intelligently with a purpose, which in reality was a miracle of Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم himself.

Allah Almighty mentions this event by announcing:

O you who believe! Do not be like those who offended Mūsā, then Allah revealed him to be pure of what they claimed and he is very honourable in the Court of Allah.[1]

Another miracle of the stone

On the plains of a place name Tīh, Mūsā  عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم struck this very stone with his staff and twelve springs gushed forth, providing water to Banī Isrāˈīl for forty years in the desert.

The holy Quran mentions this by saying:

so We said, “Strike the rock with your staff”,[2]

In this verse, "the rock" refers to the same stone we have just discussed.[3]
