Hazrat Musa Ki Shan o Azmat

Book Name:Hazrat Musa Ki Shan o Azmat

*    Allah Almighty granted him immense strength and power.

*    He was elegantly simplistic in nature.

*    On the night of Miʿrāj, the Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم observed Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم praying in his respective grave.

*    Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم was honoured to perform salah behind the Prophet Muhammad  صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم on the same night.

*    Due to him, the Muhammadan nation was blessed with having 50 salah reduced to 5. This is a great favour of his upon us.

*    When he struck a rock with his staff, twelve springs of water gushed forth.

*    He struck the River Nile with his staff, causing it to split into twelve paths.

*    By his prayers, Allah Almighty caused mann and salwā to descend for the Banī Isrāˈīl from the skies (Mann was a type of sweet similar to honey, and salwā were roasted quails).

*    Whenever Banī Isrāˈīl were punished due to not following his instructions, they would call him to help them.

*    He was extremely handsome and beautiful.

*    Allah Almighty created him free of any defects, and a stone bore witness to his flawlessness.

The running stone

In the book ʿAjāˈib al-Qurān maʿa Gharāˈib al-Qurān, it is mentioned Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم had a square-shaped stone, one cubit long and one cubit wide. This was always in his possession.
