5. If there is a fault in your product, you must not conceal it from the customer. Otherwise, this is oppression and a sin.
6. Do not cheat while weighing and measuring. Weigh and measure duly.
7. Do not deceive people by hiding the original price.
8. Do not keep a high profit, even if the customer is happy to pay over the odds due to a necessity.
9. Pay more when purchasing from those in need so they also become happy. Like purchasing clothes from a widow or fruit from the poor. Such an action which also conceals their state is greater than giving charity (sadaqah).
10. Pay back your debt before the creditor asks for it. Go to him when giving the money instead of him coming to you.
11. Do not let the markets of this world distance you from the market of the Hereafter. The market of the Hereafter is the masjid.
12. Do not stay in the marketplace for too long.[1]
