Fikar Akhirat Karni Hai Zaroor

Book Name:Fikar Akhirat Karni Hai Zaroor

one business but worry about how we will start another. We may earn good money, yet we worry about how we can earn more. We stress about houses and cars. We deeply yearn to become rich overnight.

We carry thousands of these kinds of worldly worries with us in our hearts. We start the day worrying about them and fall asleep stressed because of them. We live this way and eventually, we die with a heart full of worldly worries.

Yet, just let this sink in: the final Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم told us to cast these worries away! So now we know, if someone only focuses on the Hereafter; for example, a person thinks, “I want to be successful in the grave and on the Day of Judgement. I want to cross the Bridge of Ṣirāṭ safely. I seek to enter Paradise. My main goal is to please Allah, so how will I do this?”; a person who makes the Hereafter his only goal, Allah takes care of all their worries.

But, if someone does not worry about the Hereafter and spends all his time worrying about the world, then as per hadith, Allah does not care about which valley this person is destroyed in.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Become a person who yearns for the Hereafter!

The fourth Caliph of Islam, Sayyiduna ‘Alī b. Abī Ṭālib رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ said:

O people! The Hereafter is approaching and the world is leaving. These two have their respective seekers. Be those who desire the Hereafter, and not those who desire the world. Today is the day of practical action, not accountability. Tomorrow will be the day of accountability, not practical action.”[1]
