2. An easy way to spend every night in worship

The Holy Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘If anyone recites the following Du’a three times at night it is as if he has found Layla-tul-Qadr.’ Here is the Du’a:

لَاۤ   اِلٰهَ   اِلَّا  اللّٰهُ  الْحَلِيْمُ  الْكَرِيْمُ

سُبْحٰنَ  اللّٰهِ  رَبِّ  السَّمٰوٰتِ  السَّبْعِ   وَ  رَبِّ  الْعَرْشِ  الْعَظِيْم

Translation: There is none worthy of worship except Allah Almighty Who is ‘حَلِيۡم’ and ‘كَرِيۡم’. Allah Almighty is ‘سُبۡحَان’, Rab of the seven skies and Rab of the magnificent ‘Arsh.

Remaining Sunnahs of sleeping and waking

*    Busy yourself in the remembrance of Allah; recite tahlīl لَا اِلٰہَ اِلاَّ اللہ, tasbīḥ سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه, and taḥmīd اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, until you fall asleep. This is because one awakens in the state he sleeps in, and will be raised on the Day of Judgement in the state he dies in.^[1]
