Naam e Muhammad Ki Barkat

Book Name:Naam e Muhammad Ki Barkat

the Prophet, during which one of the reciters recited this line, “Peace be upon you, O میم, حاء and میم دال . Peace be upon you, O matchless one!”

Hearing this, someone exclaimed, “The Prophet’s name has been broken up in this line of poetry, isn’t this disrespectful?”

“No!”, the shaykh explained, “This is not disrespectful, as each letter of the name Muhammad has countless blessings. This is why devotees recite each letter separately, so they can take blessings from each.”

The first میم in Muhammad is death for disbelief, its حاء contains life for the hearts of the believers, the second میم is a wave of his bestowals, and its دال is a guide towards every goodness. There is no scope for doubt in this.[1]

Muhammad, the master of both worlds

What a beautiful name, and each of its letters contains a hidden wisdom. A famous book of ṣalāt upon the Prophet is known as Dalāˈil al-Khayrāt. In this it is mentioned:

The meaning of the two میم in the name Muhammad is: مُلْک (kingdom). The حاء means رَحْمَت (mercy), and دال entails دَوَام
