Book Name:Mola Ali Aur Fikr e Akhirat
death itself refers to the separation of the soul from the body.
The Angel of Death only removes the soul from the body upon the command of Allah. How many young people who were waiting for old age are now in their graves? How many who were deceived by their good health are now decomposing? How many were proud of their strength but are now covered in dirt? Since the world was created, billions of people have come and gone; none have survived in the past, and neither will we.
Allah states:
Did they not see how many nations We have destroyed before them; they will not return to them?[1]

Sayyiduna ꜤAlī’s advice

On one occasion, he saw Sayyiduna ꜤAlī in a dream and asked with utmost manners, “Kindly teach me something beneficial.” Sayyiduna ꜤAlī gave him several pieces of advice. He then said, “This is my greatest advice”, before opening his hand, revealing a poem written in gold:
You were nothing before you were given life, and soon you will be given death again. Make your home in the everlasting abode and
