Sinning brings 10 evils

Dear Islamic brothers, sin and disobedience are very destructive. The second Caliph of Islam, Sayyidunā ꜤUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ, states:

Even if someone sins once, it brings ten evils with it:

1.   Sinning makes you deserving of the wrath of Allah.

2.   Sinning pleases the Devil.

3.   The one who sins becomes distant from Paradise.

4.   He becomes closer to Hell.

5.   The one who sins oppresses himself.

6.   The sinner ruins his spiritual state.

7.   Sinning distresses the angels who record your deeds.

8.   Sinning makes the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم upset.

9.   The heavens and the earth become a witness against the one who sins.

10.   The one who sins disobeys Allah Almighty and betrays the trust of the people.[1]

Dear Islamic brothers, there is still time to repent and be forgiven. Allah forbid, if the angel of death comes to us whilst we are committing sins, Allah Almighty and His Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم will be displeased with us. We will be held accountable for our sins. These sins will take the form of beasts and enter our graves and our bodies will be covered in snakes and scorpions. When the walls of the grave close in on us, where will we
