Book Name:Hajj e Wida Ke Iman Afroz Waqiaat

Dear Islamic brothers! On Saturday the 25th of Dhū al-QaꜤdah, in the 10th hijri year, the Greatest and Final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم offered ẓuhr salah in Masjid al-Nabawi, performed fresh ghusl, prepared for the journey, and set off with such grandeur for ḥajj that Sayyiduna Jābir رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ said, “Front, back, right, and left; wherever one looked, people were everywhere.”

At some distance from Madinah al-Munawwarah, there is an area known as Dhū al-Ḥulayfah, and this is the mīqāt for the residents of Madinah (Mīqāt is the boundary where those intending to perform ḥajj or ʿumrah must enter in iḥrām). Having arrived here, the caravan was ordered to stop, and as the journey had begun, ʿaṣr salah was offered as qaṣr (meaning in two units instead of four). The Greatest and Final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم spent the night in this place.

The next day, the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم performed fresh ghusl before ẓuhr and tied his blessed iḥrām. He صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم offered ẓuhr salah there and then sat stop his blessed camel, Qaswāˈ.

According to narrations, he صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم offered two units of salah after tying iḥrām, recited the talbiyah (لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک), and then recited it again after sitting atop his camel. He صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم then went to a nearby mountain named Baydāˈ and said aloud:

لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک ، لَبَّیْکَ لَاشَرِیْکَ لَکَ لَبَّیْک، اِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَۃَ لَکَ وَالْمُلْکُ لَا شَرِیْکَ لَک

When thousands of Companions رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُم heard him reciting this, they also began to chant it out aloud, and the entire valley began to ring with echoes of لَبَّیْک اَللّٰہُمَّ لَبَّیْک.

This distinguished convoy, under the leadership of the Greatest and Final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, walked at a moderate pace towards Makkah al-Mukarramah, sometimes stopping to offer salah. Many Companions عَلَیْہِمُ الرِّضْوَان
