In reality, the Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم had a headache and its effects reached Sayyidah ꜤĀˈishah رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهَا. This is why the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘O ꜤĀˈishah! Rather my head!’ In other words, O ꜤĀˈishah!
