regular basis, then as they are passing away, they will be blessed with a vision of Allah’s beloved Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. They will even see him when they are being buried, to the extent they will see him lowering them him into the grave with his own merciful hands.[1]

 

2. All sins forgiven

اَللّٰھُمَّ  صَلِّ  عَلٰی   سَیِّدِ نَا   وَ  مَوْلَانَا   مُحَمَّدٍ  وَّ عَلٰی  اٰلِہٖ  وَسَلِّمْ

The Companion Anasرَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ  narrates, that Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated, “Whoever recites this ṣalāt upon me whilst standing, then prior to him sitting; and if he recites it whilst sitting, then before he stands, his sins will be forgiven.”[2]

3. 70 doors of mercy

صَلَّی  اللّٰہُ  عَلٰی  مُحَمَّدٍ

70 doors of mercy are opened for whoever recites this.[3]

4. The reward of 600,000

اَللّٰھُمَّ  صَلِّ   عَلٰی   سَیِّدِنَا   مُحَمَّدٍ  عَدَدَ

مَا  فِیْ  عِلْمِ اللّٰہِ  صَلَاۃً   دَ اۤ ئِمَۃًۢ   بِدَوَامِ  مُلْكِ  اللّٰہِ

Shaykh Amad Ṣāwī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه reports from some saints of Islam, that by reciting this ṣalāt once, a person attains the reward of reciting ṣalāt
