*    One should not sleep with henna in their beard or hair. According to a hakeem, this may adversely affect one’s eyesight as heat from the head etc. passes down.

*    Those who use henna in their beard will find white hairs reappearing in a few days in their moustache, under their lip, and on the edge of their beard line on their cheeks. This does not presentable. If one cannot dye their beard entirely, then place small amounts of henna on these areas after at least every four or so days.[2]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Duāˈ to attain martyrdom in Medina

In accordance with the schedule of Dawat-e-Islami’s weekly gathering, we shall now learn a duaˈ. This week, we will the learn the duaˈ to recite if we want to attain martyrdom in the blessed city of Medina.

اَللّٰہُمَّ ارْزُقْنِی شَھَادَۃً فِیْ سَبِیْلِکَ وَاجْعَلْ مَوْتِی فِیْ بَلَدِ رَسُوْلِکَ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّم[3]

O Allah! Grant me martyrdom in Your path and allow me to pass away in the city of Your Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.[4]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
