Book Name:Pyary Aaqa Ka Pyara Dost
not always desire more, thinking "I want more! I want more!"
2️) One should not become engrossed in wealth to the point of neglecting the Hereafter. Instead, whatever Allah has given to a person should be used in His path and for the Hereafter.
If these two conditions are fulfilled, then the increase and decrease of this worldly wealth makes no difference to a person.
Take the example of the third Caliph of Islam, ꜤUthmān b. ꜤAffān رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ—he was a very wealthy Companion, and he was among the ꜤAshara Mubashhara. This means the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم himself gave ꜤUthmān b. ꜤAffān رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُglad tidings of Paradise in this world.
Despite being so wealthy, he was guaranteed Paradise.
Why? Because:
* Being wealthy is not what deprives a person of Paradise.
* What destroys a person is greed, love for the world, and being so occupied with wealth that one forgets the Hereafter.
This is what we must avoid!
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
3) One Who Offers Salah Abundantly
Dear Islamic brothers! From the seven qualities of the beloved friend of the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, the third quality is:
ذُو حَظٍّ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ – he who offers salah abundantly.
This means that a true believer not only performs the five daily obligatory salah, but also offers additional voluntary (nafl) salah in abundance.
