* Allah is watching us all the time!
* He is closer to us than our jugular vein!
If we feel shyness before human beings, if we refrain from wrongdoing simply because a camera is watching us, then how much more should we fear and feel shyness before Allah, our Creator, our Master, our Sustainer?
What a shame it is that a person may indulge in sin, thinking no one is watching, while Allah is watching, and they do not even care! We must make a firm intention to obey Allah not just in front of people, but also in private.
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
6) One Who Remains Unknown Among People
The sixth quality mentioned in the initial hadith was:
وَكَانَ غَامِضًا فِي النَّاسِ لَا يُشَارُ اِلَيْهِ بِالْاَصَابِعِ
He who remains hidden among people, whom others do not point at with fingers (due to fame).
Under a similar hadith, Mufti Aḥmad Yār Khān NaꜤīmī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه explains:
* The person is not renowned in worldly matters.
* Similarly, they do not have fame owing to their religious devotion, knowledge, or worship.
* Fame is dangerous for the public, as it often leads to pride and arrogance.
* Remaining unknown is better than such fame.
