Book Name:Safar e Meraj Aur Pyari Namaz

time for prayer came, Sayyidunā Jibril عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم had the honour of holding the beloved Prophet’s hand and accompanying him forward, after which our beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم led all other prophets and messengers in prayer.[1]

The scholar Mamūd Ālūsī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه narrates:

Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم led the other prophets in two units of Prayer. In the first unit he recited Surah al-Kāfirūn, and Surah al-Ikhlāṣ in the second. There were seven rows in total, three of which comprised of messengers.[2]

What an amazing sight this must have been! What a beautiful Prayer this was! There was certainly never a prayer like that before or after, throughout all time. The leading angel, Sayyidunā Jibrīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم, called the azan; the prophets all stood in prayer, and none other than the imam of all prophets, our master Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم led them in prayer. The universe never witnessed anything like this before or since.

Five to eleven: the other places of prayer

Dear Islamic brothers! After Prayer in Masjid al-Aqṣā, journey began to the heavens and beyond. The Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم sat atop Burāq and departed towards the heavenly realm.

Surpassing all known limits, he reached the first sky and met Prophet Ādam, and from the second to the seventh skies, then met Prophets ꜤĪsā, Yūsuf, Idrīs, Hārūn, Mūsā, and Ibrāhīm عَـلَـيْـهِمُ الـصَّلٰوةُ وَالـسَّـلَام
