3.   When I hear صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب, اُذۡكُرُوا اللّٰه, تُوۡبُوۡا اِلَى اللّٰه, etc., I will reply loudly with the intention of gaining reward and pleasing those who call out loudly.

4.   After the speech, I will approach people to say salām, shake hands and to make individual efforts upon them.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

A sacred night

O those who love Allah’s Messenger! Tonight is an extremely sacred, special, and auspicious occasion. On this very night many years ago, the skies and earth were decorated, the stars leant towards the earth, jubilation was widespread throughout the universe, Paradise was ornamented, and the atmosphere was full of fragrance. Everywhere one looked, there was nothing but happiness and bliss. Instead of rain, light showered from above.

All of this was arranged for one individual in particular, and that individual was none other than our beloved Prophet Muhammad             صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. As all this happiness was expressed and these amazing events were occurring, he was sleeping peacefully in the home of his cousin, Umm Hānī رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا.

O those who love Allah’s Messenger! Tonight, is the Night of MiꜤrāj. On this night, the Archangel Jibrīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم came to the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, and relayed amazing news of the MiꜤrāj that was about to occur. On this night, the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم lead all prophets and messengers in Prayer, in Masjid al-Aqṣā. On this night, Allah Almighty took His most beloved Prophet on a journey through the skies and beyond, showed him Paradise and Hell, and called him to the Ꜥarsh. Most amazingly, on this night, Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was blessed with the vision of Allah Himself.
