Book Name:Safar e Meraj Aur Pyari Namaz

Shaykh Maḥmūd Ālūsī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه explains, “It has been mentioned in narrations that at every sky that the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم passed by, he led angels in two units of prayer.”[1]

The twelfth place: Bayt al-Mamūr

Dear Islamic brothers! The twelfth place in which the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم offered prayer was Bayt al-MaꜤmūr. This is in the skies directly above the Kabah and is where the angels offer prayer.

Muftī Aḥmad Yār Khān NaꜤīmī writes in Mirˈāt al-Manājīḥ:

This is the greatness of our Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. He led the prophets and messengers in prayer, as well as the angels. Allah Almighty made him not only the imam of the prophets, but imam of the angels also.[3]

The Prophetic Ummah was also honoured

Dear Islamic brothers! When the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم offered prayer in Bayt al-MaꜤmūr, he showed immense generosity and benevolence to us sinners. The Companion Abū SaꜤīd al-Khudrī رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ narrates of how the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم declared:
