which consists of 5 rukūꜤ and 53 verses. In verse 38 of this surah, a beautiful quality of the Muslims has been mentioned, and that is that the Muslims do things after mutual consultation, which is why this surah is named Surah al-Shūrā. In the 7^th verse of Surah al-Shūrā, Allah Almighty states:

وَ کَذٰلِکَ  اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ  اِلَیۡکَ قُرۡاٰنًا عَرَبِیًّا لِّتُنۡذِرَ اُمَّ الۡقُرٰی وَ مَنۡ حَوۡلَہَا وَ تُنۡذِرَ یَوۡمَ الۡجَمۡعِ لَا رَیۡبَ فِیۡہِ ؕ فَرِیۡقٌ فِی الۡجَنَّۃِ  وَ فَرِیۡقٌ فِی السَّعِیۡرِ (۷(

And thus, We have revealed an Arabic Quran to you, so you may warn the central city and everyone around it and warn of the Day of Gathering in which there is no doubt, ˹when˺ a group will be in Paradise and a group in the Blaze.^[1]

It is written under this verse in Tafsīr Ṣirāṭ al-Jinān:

Meaning, O beloved صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! We revealed to you an Arabic Quran so that you can (particularly) warn those who live in the central city of Makkah al-Mukarramah and its surroundings. And to warn them about the Day of Judgement, when Allah Almighty will gather all those in the heavens and the earth, the first and last of them, and there is no doubt in this. Then they will separate, such that a group of them will enter Paradise and another group will enter Hell.^[2]

The noble Quran has been sent as a warning

Dear Islamic brothers! It has been clearly stated in this verse that, O Beloved صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! We have sent this Quran to you in the Arabic language, and what is the purpose of revealing the Quran? So that you can warn the people of al-Makkah al-Mukarramah and its surrounding cities. Warn them of what? Allah Almighty said:
