Book Name:Nazool e Quran Ka Aik Maqsid

reason for the noble Quran being revealed is to increase fear of the Day of Judgement in the heart. If we are not achieving this goal, then it is a time to reflect. What is the reason for fear of Allah Almighty not increasing in our hearts?

If we look at the lives of the righteous people of Allah Almighty and our pious predecessors and read their biographies, we learn that those blessed individuals would weep and tremble out of fear of Allah Almighty when reciting the noble Quran. If only we were also granted the blessings of these pious servants of Allah Almighty.

The beloved Prophet’s صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم manner of reciting the noble Quran

The Greatest and Final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم once heard somebody reciting the noble Quran, and when he reached these verses:

اِنَّ  لَدَیۡنَاۤ  اَنۡکَالًا وَّ  جَحِیۡمًا (ۙ۱۲)وَّ طَعَامًا ذَا غُصَّۃٍ  وَّ عَذَابًا  اَلِیۡمًا (٭۱۳)

We have heavy fetters and a Blazing Fire, and food that chokes and painful punishment.[1]

The beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was overwhelmed with the fear of Allah Almighty, and descended to the ground unconscious.[2]

Dear Islamic brothers! Ponder this. This is our beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. His rank is such that:

*    Allah Almighty created this earth, the heavens, and this entire universe for his sake.

*    Paradise is in his ownership.
