Learn how to perform Prayer

Dear Islamic brothers! We must pray, and there’s no room for laziness in this regard. Yet remember, we also must learn how to pray. There is perhaps no action in this world we can do without learning how to do it beforehand. We undergo training and learning for everything, the same way a child learns how to ride a bike.

Sadly, most Muslims have not learnt how to offer prayer. They saw others doing it and just copied them. It is obligatory for every Muslim to learn the vital rulings of prayer. Whichever Islamic brothers have not officially learnt how to pray, should begin learning as soon as possible. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه Dawat-e-Islami strives to keep masjids full of Muslims all the time, and teaches how to perform ablution, ghusl, and prayer. It is a practical way to both learn and implement knowledge.

Come to the Islamic environment of Dawat-e-Islami! You will enjoy travelling in Madani Qafilahs in the company of those who love Allah’s Messenger, participating in Madrasat al-Madinah, studying the Farḍ ꜤUlūm course, or at least the seven-day Prayer Course.

With all thanks to Allah Almighty, Dawat-e-Islami’s Madani Courses Department sets up courses to teach important Islamic subjects. For example, a seven-day Prayer Course which takes place in Karachi’s International Madani Centre, and many other places, from time to time. To make things even easier, Dawat-e-Islami’s Faizan Online Academy also teaches the Prayer Course online.

اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه By taking part in these courses, you will learn a treasure trove of Islamic knowledge. If you want to help others realise the importance of praying five times a day, and helping them love this beautiful act of worship, make an intention to give at least two short lessons a day, from the book Faizan-e-Namaz [Key to Paradise]. You can do this in the masjid also, if possible.
