When KaꜤb al-Aḥbār رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ eventually looked at the two pages later, he found this written upon them:

مُحَمَّدُ رَّسُوْلُ اللہِ خَاتَمُ النَّبِیّٖن  لَا نَبِیَّ بَعْدَہٗ مَوْلِدُہٗ بِمَکَّۃَ وَ مُہَاجَرُہٗ بِطَیْبَۃَ

Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and the seal of all Prophets. There is no prophet after him. He will be born in Mecca and migrate to Medina.^[1]

Let us now look at the father of the heaven-dwelling Companion Sayyidunā SaꜤīd b. Zayd رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ, whose name was Zayd b. ꜤAmr رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه. Even through the Period of Ignorance, he adhered to the faith of Prophet Ibrāhīm عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم and travelled on the straight path. He passed away before the final Prophet of Allahصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم  arrived.

He used to say:

I went from place to place in search of the religion of Prophet Ibrāhīm عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم. Whoever I asked, be they Jew, Christian, or anything else, they all praised the final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم and described his qualities. They would say, “There is no prophet left to come besides him.”^[2]

The MiꜤrāj and Finality of Prophethood

As narrated by Sayyidunā Abū Hurayrah رَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ, the following took place during the MiꜤrāj journey of Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

When the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم reached Masjid al-Aqṣā and met the Prophets عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم, the latter proceeded to give speeches in which they praised Allah Almighty. Last of all, the Messenger of Allah   صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم delivered one, in which he صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم described many of
